South Point, Hawaii

Here's one where it is good I labeled the image after I scanned it. I may have confused this for the northwest part of Hawaii, but it is the southernmost tip of the island. The areas look pretty similar to each other. The wind at South Point is so strong and steady that I remember I had to use large apertures to try to stop the motion of the waving grasses. I tried some with smaller apertures and intentional blur, but they didn't work out as well. Although this looks kind of plain, I particularly like the colors blue and yellow, complementary colors, next to each other. Off in the distance, you can see the top of a mountain. I do not recall if that's another Hawaiian island or just part of the Big Island, but I would guess the latter.
